- no referral fees: unlike other realtor referral networks, besthomesearch.com does not charge referral fees. this way, our network member can better compete by offering home buyer rebates and/or mls seller discounts.

of 100,000-200,000 PEOPLE
- $10/month: all network realtors can reserve one additional city with a population of up to 200,000 people.
- no cost: as a network realtor, you have the option to eliminate your monthly marketing fee by signing up two qualified real estate service providers* for website marketing on your local landing page.

of 100,000-300,000 PEOPLE
- $15/month: only brokers and team leaders can reserve two additional cities with a populations of up to 300,000 people.
- no cost: as a broker or team leader, you have the option to eliminate your monthly marketing fee by signing up two qualified real estate service providers* for website marketing on your local landing page.

of OVER 300,000 PEOPLE
- $20/month: only brokers and team leaders can reserve one city with more than 300,000 people and three additional cities with a populations of up to 300,000 people.
